2. Account & Installation

You must provide accurate contact and address information for installation and billing purposes.
Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and equipment availability.
You are responsible for equipment provided to you and agree to return it if service is discontinued, where applicable.

3. Billing & Payments

Subscription fees are billed as agreed at the time of sign-up. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of service. Specific pricing and billing cycles are shared directly with customers via WhatsApp, phone, or in-person at our office.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to disrupt network infrastructure, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts found in violation of these Terms.

5. Communications via WhatsApp

By providing your phone number and messaging us on WhatsApp, you consent to receive service-related communications (installation updates, support responses, billing notices) from WORLD LINK through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

6. Service Availability

While we aim for reliable, continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. We are not liable for outages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, power outages, or third-party infrastructure issues.

7. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of service at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp, phone, or in person. Cancellation terms and any applicable notice periods will be communicated at the time of sign-up.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WORLD LINK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
