WORLD LINK respects your right to control your personal information. If you would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you — including information collected through WhatsApp conversations, our website, or your service account — please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send a data deletion request using any of the following methods:

WhatsApp: Message +92 333 5404017 or +92 333 9915952 with the words "Delete my data".
Email: Send a request to info@worldlinktechservices.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
In person: Visit our office at G M Plaza, Kot Addu 34050, Punjab, Pakistan.

What Happens Next

We will verify your identity using the phone number or account details associated with your request.
We will delete or anonymise your personal data — including contact details and WhatsApp conversation history held in our systems — within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, billing, or regulatory purposes.
We will confirm once your request has been completed, using the contact method you provided.

What This Does Not Cover

This process covers data held by WORLD LINK. It does not delete your WhatsApp account itself or data held directly by Meta Platforms, Inc. To manage your own WhatsApp data, visit WhatsApp's own privacy settings.
